THREE RECIPES FOR 18TH CENTURY SMALL CAKES
I was a consultant for Historic Annapolis' 2006 reinterpretation of the kitchen at the William Paca House located on Prince George Street in Annapolis, Maryland. The project restored the kitchen to its original 1760s appearance and was furnished to reflect its original function as a food production hub where enslaved cooks produced lavish meals for the builder of the house, Declaration of Independence signer William Paca and his family, and guests.
